1、Bell Tower
Located in the center of Xi’an.it is a superb piece of Chinese ancient wooden archiecture. Built in 1344 during Ming Dynasty， 36m in height,the tower
has three layers of eaves outside and only two stories inside.The four corners of up-turned eaves point to the
roof and the eaves are supported by colorful dougong(a system of brackets in Chinese building ).“Dougong” is a
representative feature of Chinese ancient wooden architectures which can be found nowhere else in the world. A huge bell placed in the tower is used as a timer and an alarm in emergency situation.(There are 0 km from hotel to Bell Tower)
2、Xi’an Forest of stone Tablets Museum
Located at the former site of Confucian Temple in Sanxue Stree,Xi’an ,the courtyard museum is the first museum of stone calligraphy in China.It covers area of 30，0002 and collects oves 3,000 stone tablets from Han Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. “ Xi’an Forest of stone Tablets”and “Art of Stone Sculpture”are two main exhibitions in the museum.Jingyun Bell of Tong Dynasty weighing 6 tons was awatded wotld-class bell in the "1946 word Bell Fair".
3、Ancient City Wall
About 13.7km in the length,the City Wall is the most
Complete,the best preserved and the largest ancient city wall in the world.Every 120 meters,there is a rampart extending out of the main wall.Altogether there are 98 ramparts.The triple city gates consisting of Front Tower,Arrow Tower and Gate Tower
Were built in four directions of the ancient wall.There are 5,984 battlements built outside the ancient wall,where soldiers can have a lookout and shoot enemies.A wide and deep moat encircles the wall and suspension bridges which can be risen or lowered freely are set up against the city gates.
